तूमच्या शब्दांपेक्षा तूमची कृती अधिक प्रभावशाली असणे आवश्यक - शिक्षण अभ्यासक बिपिन पोटे ८ वी ते १२ वीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी 'बियौंड ॲकेडेमिक्स' या नव्या कार्यक्रमाचे लॉन्चिंग कल्याण दि.१३ जून : आपल्याला कमी लेखणाऱ्या एखाद्या व्यक्तीला उत्तर द्यायचे असेल तर ते शब्दांपेक्षा कृतींमधून दिले पाहीजे. आपल्या शब्दांपेक्षा आपली कृती ही अधिक प्रभावशाली असणे आवश्यक असल्याचे मत सुप्रसिद्ध शिक्षण अभ्यासक आणि पोटे ग्रुपचे सीएमडी बिपिन पोटे यांनी व्यक्त केले. पोटे ग्रुप ऑफ एज्युकेशनतर्फे आचार्य अत्रे रंगमंदिरात ८ वी ते १२ वीच्या शालेय विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी आयोजित 'बियौंड ॲकेडेमिक्स' या सेमिनारमध्ये ते बोलत होते. सध्याची शिक्षण पद्धती आणि त्यातील त्रुटी यांचा अभ्यास करून त्यावर मात करण्यासाठी काय केले पाहीजे याचे सखोल विश्लेषण शिक्षण अभ्यासक बिपिन पोटे यांनी यावेळी विद्यार्थ्यांना केले. लहानपणापासून आपल्याला शिकवले जाते की आपल्या लायकीप्रमाणे राहा. मात्र तुमची क्षमता काय आहे हे इतर कोणीही ठरवू शकत नाही. तुम्ही स्वतःच त्याचे आणि आपल्या आयुष्याचे शिल्पकार बनू शकता असे सांगत त्यासाठी कशाप्रकारे प्रयत्न केले पाहीजे याची सउदाहरण बिपिन पोटे यांनी माहिती दिली. आयुष्यात दररोज न चुकता करणारी एक लहानशी कृती ही तुमच्या भविष्यातील मोठ्या गोष्टींची पायाभरणी असते. मेंढरांच्या कळपातील आयुष्य नको हवे असेल तर आयुष्यात शिस्त आणि नियमितता जरुरी आहे. त्याशिवाय जगातील कोणतेही तत्वज्ञान किंवा इतर कोणतीही गोष्ट तुम्हाला यश मिळवून देणार नसल्याचेही पोटे यांनी स्पष्ट केले. तर सध्या लोकांना कोणतीही कृती न करता मनासारखे परिणाम हवे आहेत. मात्र तसे कधीही होत नाही, कोणतीही चांगली कृती करण्यासाठी असंयम बाळगला तर एकवेळ चालू शकेल. परंतू त्याचे चांगले परिणाम प्राप्त होण्यासाठी मात्र तूमच्याकडे संयम असलाच पाहीजे असे परखड मतही त्यांनी यावेळी विद्यार्थ्यांशी संवाद साधताना व्यक्त केले. आताच्या पिढीपुढे आधीच्या पिढीपेक्षा इतके जास्त पर्याय उपलब्ध आहेत की ज्यामुळे त्यांचा गोंधळ उडणे स्वाभाविक आहे. ज्याप्रमाणे आपण वापरत असणाऱ्या कोणत्याही इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वस्तुसोबत ती वस्तू कशी वापरायची याचे मॅन्यूअल येते. परंतू आपल्या जन्माच्या वेळी आपला मेंदू कसा वापरायचा याचे कोणत्याही प्रकारचे मॅन्यूअल येत नाही. ही गोष्ट आपलीच आपल्याला शोधावी लागेल असेही बिपिन पोटे यांनी यावेळी सांगितले. विद्यार्थ्यांना चांगल्या दर्जाचे शिक्षण देण्यासोबतच त्यांच्या सर्वांगिण विकासासाठी आवश्यक ते पुस्तकाबाहेरील ज्ञान देणारी शैक्षणिक संस्था अशी
